Sheri Shaw

Sheri Shaw is the Assistant Dean for Student Success for the College of Health and Human Services at the University of North Carolina Wilmington. As an administrator, Sheri works to craft leadership, trust, service learning, and developmental opportunities to engage and promote academic excellence, personal accountability, friendliness, peer mentorship, community engagement, and institutional responsibility. She also has an interest in establishing and defining family infrastructures to support and educate the African American aging population. Sheri moderates the podcast “Black Woman Working…,” creating a safe space for authentic conversations shared by black women working through personal and professional goals, setbacks, and successes.
