Ticket-holders for either or both days of the conference are welcome to attend.
Our welcome reception will be held at the Embassy Suites by Hilton Wilmington Riverfront and officially kicks off two days of conference fun. We’ll have yummy food (provided by our exclusive hotel sponsor, Embassy Suites), signature cocktails, a cash bar, an interactive Cloud 9 photo booth, and Cloud 9 cotton candy spun by Spinning Cotton.

Speakers and panelists at the Wilmington Convention Center will cover topics including negotiation, self-care and boundaries, leadership, personal and professional resilience, creating community and culture in the workplace, and more.

The speaker lineup is incredible, and you can count on doing some self-reflection, being inspired, and learning action steps for every facet of your life. We're providing creature comforts, like coffee in the morning, a mid-morning biscuit bar(!), lemonade and tea in the afternoon, and truly delicious food during the Happiest Hour — all complimentary. Just for fun, we'll also have fairy hair — because what's better than sparkle you can take home? And because this event was designed by working women, for working women, we'll also have an inviting and comfortable pump room for any breastfeeding moms.

Attendees must have a “Real Estate & Marketing Intensive” ticket to attend.
Speakers and panelists are flying in from all over the country (and Canada!) to speak about real estate and marketing. We'll be covering topics like building your brand and team, building efficiency into your business, video marketing, Facebook marketing, influencer marketing, Instagram insider tips, and, of course, the all-important self-care.

Topics to dive into deeper during our mastermind sessions include advanced video marketing, how to leverage Facebook ads and groups, best practices for independent brokers, PR and earned media, client event ideas and strategies, using blogs and email newsletters to convert, and creating a healthy culture.
​
We'll be providing coffee in the morning and a few surprises along the way. There will be a cash bar open in the afternoon before our mastermind sessions, and you don't want to miss our Happiest Hour at Edward Teach Brewery in historic Downtown Wilmington. Edward Teach Brewery is a short walk from the hotel, and there we will have a visit from the brewery's mascots, miniature donkeys (yes, we are serious) named Friday and Ernie. Why donkeys? Well, last year we ended our conference with puppies, so we figured we'd just continue the small animal theme.

And, once again, we'll have a private, comfortable pump room for any breastfeeding moms.

You can reserve a room at the beautiful, riverfront Embassy Suites Hotel in Downtown Wilmington with our special Inspi Rate.
TRAVEL
If you'll be joining us by plane, you'll be flying into ILM Airport.
You can also fly into RDU Airport and drive 2.5 hours to our Port City.
PARKING
There is a parking garage available at the Embassy Suites and the Wilmington Convention Center. If you are staying at the Embassy Suites under the room block, they do provide discounted daily parking at $5 per day. If you are driving to the event and planning on leaving your car in the garage, it costs up to $13 per day. However, there are other options nearby, including: street parking with parking meters, taking an Uber or a Lyft downtown, and public transportation.

What If I don’t live in Wilmington, NC?"The Inspiration Lab™ is for any woman, anywhere in the world, who wants to live a better life from the inside out. We have events in our coastal dream town of Wilmington, NC, but there are still many opportunities to engage with the Inspiration Lab™ online. Online programs include Banner Year Blueprint workshops, as well as workshops around selected topics throughout the year.

What Is A Squad?Squads are new in 2019 and are for members who are interested in a particular topic or in similar life circumstances. Squads will meet at least six times a year, but possibly more. Each squad has a leader for the entire year who will coordinate dates and times for meetings. Our first three squads are: Small Business Owners Squad (must have EIN # to participate), Leader Stephanie Lanier New To Town Squad (members who have lived in Wilmington for three years or less) , Leader Lisa Barrett Single Ladies (members who are single and are interested in traveling and/or attending events together), Leader, Arlene Reyes
