About The Event
Given our theme for this month is "Analog August" - we wanted to come up with a new twist on our Member Meetup. On August 18th, come join us at Lanier Property Group with your favorite book. Members can learn about a wide-variety of books, discuss their favorite authors, and go home with a new book to read!
Book Exchange Details :
Each participant should bring a book that is wrapped or in a bag and is fully concealed. If she has time she should write a quick note in the front cover about why she selected the book and anything else she wishes to tell the woman who gets it.
Once all participants arrive, numbers are picked out of a hat and #1 is able to select the wrapped package she prefers. At the end of the game #1 can steal any book, no other stealing is allowed.
Books can be from any genre and be any size. Books should have personal meaning to the giver and also should be a book she has read.
