Banner Year Blueprint (BYB) is the signature program of The Inspiration Lab.
It’s designed to help you set goals, stay on track, and give yourself grace when plans go awry.
Sessions are held quarterly to allow for goal setting, accountability, reflection, and companionship on this journey called life. Exclusive workbooks are provided for each session, encouraging you to think deeply about where you've been and where you're headed. Participants can expect meaningful conversation and genuine connection.
Like The Inspiration Lab itself, the BYB program is led by Stephanie Lanier, who carefully curates materials that foster personal and professional growth. If you’re ready to transform your life with the support of like-minded women, we’re ready to show you the way.
A UNIQUE APPROACH
What makes Banner Year Blueprint special
This is a year-round program that is interactive and presented live.
This program is taught by the person who writes it and includes relatable, real-life examples.
Workshops take place each quarter to hold you accountable and keep you engaged with your long-term goals.
Participants are placed in small groups for that session and have the opportunity to share and connect with like-minded women.
The content is written in real time, so it’s relevant to what is happening in the world.
AFTER COMPLETING THE WORKSHOP AND WORKBOOK
You Should Expect To:
Identify patterns in your life that are new or recurring in the past year and assess if you’d like to continue with them.
Extract lessons learned from both your highlights and your challenges in the past year and the past quarter.
Brainstorm goals and plans for the coming quarter and year.
Take time to acknowledge and honor your limitations.
Reflect on the past year and use those insights to guide future plans, dreams, and goals.
Spend time considering your most important relationships and how to further enrich them.
Find clarity on goals, plans, and dreams for the upcoming quarter and how to achieve them.
Give yourself permission to wrap your goals in grace, should life be unpredictable (hello, COVID-19).
