It’s very likely you feel a bit overwhelmed or spread thin right now. Or you might just be curious to find out just how stressed you are. Or maybe you’re thinking, “Hey lady, I don’t know who you are, but I don’t need a test to tell me how stressed I am.” I hear you and you can rest assured, this was written for someone just like you. How do I know? Because I am right there with all of you!
