Be Inspired
Stephanie Lanier is an award-winning REALTOR, community leader, public speaker, and podcast host. As a parent to a child with special needs, Stephanie has made a study out of work-life rhythm and self-care.
In 2012, she co-founded the Wilmington-based real estate firm Lanier Property Group with her husband, Andrew. In 2020, Lanier Property Group merged with Intracoastal Realty, becoming a top producing team. In 2021, the team did over 140 deals and over 50 million in sales volume.
In 2015, Stephanie created the Inspiration Lab, which is a community of women who are focused on personal and professional growth. The newsletter, podcast, and real estate roundtable events reach thousands of women across the country.
Stephanie lives in Wilmington, NC with her husband Andrew and 13-year-old son, Oliver. In her downtime, she loves reading, pilates, and planning fun celebrations for her friends and family.

Stephanie
Lanier
Stephanie is the leader of the Lanier Property Group, an award-winning residential and commercial real-estate team at Intracoastal Realty in Wilmington, North Carolina. In 2021, she was named the Cape Fear Realtors Salesperson of the Year, out of over 3,500 agents in the region. In 2023, Stephanie led her team to over $66 million in sales.
Stephanie was named to Wilmington’s Power 100 List in 2019 and 2020, and was named to StarNews Media’s “40 under 40” list in 2019. She has also been honored with the Cape Fear CREW Award of Excellence for her dedication to advancing the careers of women in real estate.
In addition to running LPG, Stephanie created the Inspiration Lab in 2015 as a community for women focused on personal and professional growth. The Inspiration Lab's podcast, monthly newsletter, workshops and real estate roundtables reach thousands of women.
In 2019, the Lanier Property Group and the Inspiration Lab teamed up to host a women’s conference in Wilmington with an entire day devoted to real estate and marketing. Hundreds of real estate professionals and marketers from across the U.S. and Canada attended.
