About The Event
Banner Year Blueprint (BYB) is the signature program of The Inspiration Lab. It’s designed to help members set goals, stay on track, and give themselves grace when plans go awry.
Sessions are held quarterly to allow for goal setting, accountability, reflection, and companionship on this journey called life. Exclusive workbooks are provided for each session, encouraging members to think deeply about where they’ve been and where they’re headed. Participants can expect meaningful conversation, genuine connection, and — if you attend in person — delicious nibbles.
Like The Inspiration Lab itself, the BYB program is led by Stephanie Lanier, who carefully curates materials that foster personal and professional growth. If you’re ready to transform your life with the support of like-minded women, we’re ready to show you the way.
