Member Meal Swap

If you’re interested in giving it a try, register by Monday, September 16. We will place you in a group and help get you started. All groups will then meet at Spoonfed Kitchen & Bake Shop on Sunday, September 29, at 4:00 p.m. for the meal swap. If your group is successful and enjoys it, you can keep in touch and do another swap. If you find it’s not for you, that’s okay — Trader Joe’s has some delicious frozen dinners😉.
