01. The *Best* Robe
I literally LIVE in this bathrobe, which was given to me by my team as a gift a few years ago. It is the first thing I put on when I get home and I have found no other robe that can hold a candle to this one. I love how big it is, the deep pockets, how easy it is to wash, and the rollover sleeves. If you’re looking for a gift for a special mom in your life in May, this could be a home run. I have the OS/L size and it works great for me. If you’re super hot-natured I think you’d only wear this in the winter, I wear it from September until June. For the hottest months, I have yet to find one that works nearly as well as this one does.
02. Mister Rogers Notecards
I think these are the cutest notecards ever and I’m pretty sure that they’ll put a smile on your face too.
03. The Perfect Beach Bag
I am loving this large tote from Target, which is perfect for the spring and summer and has room for everything from your magazines and towel for the pool or provisions for a picnic.
04. This Dress Collection
I really love Sail to Sable and especially when they collaborate with Jennifer Lake of Style Charade. They just launched their spring lineup and I have my eye on the pink and blue Anne dress as well as the pink Marie Maxi Dress.
05. Your New Summer Shoes
These women’s basil heels from Target are perfect for summer and quite comfortable too. At $34.99 that is my kind of deal!
06. This Eye-catching Gown
I’m obsessed with Ava Gowns and I finally snagged my first dress during their release on 4/15. I got the mint green sweetheart dress and I can’t wait to wear it (I think to a Kentucky Derby Party).
07. Keep It Together
I really like this travel jewelry case from Amazon. It is less than $14 and is the perfect size for when I am changing from my pilates outfit to work…just enough room for the things I need and keeps necklaces from getting tangled.
08. A Weighted Heated Blanket
Thanks to sitting at a computer quite a bit I sometimes struggle with neck and shoulder pain. This handy dandy weighted heated blanket made for the neck and shoulder area has helped quite a bit and my son Oliver likes it too.
09. This Bittersweet Book
I will re-read this one for a second time. It resonated so deeply with me and it turns out, despite being a fun and colorful person, I’ve always lived in a bittersweet way.
10. Can’t focus? Yeah, me either.
The book Peak Mind radically changed my perspective on my short attention span and gave me tangible takeaways to implement. The science shows the toll that it is taking for us to constantly be multitasking and checking our devices is more surprising than you’d think. If you’ve been worried about your productivity, ability to be present, or time to “just think” this would be a great gift to consider.
11. A Hot Pink Journal Cover
I adore my hot pink leather journal cover from Mark & Graham. I use this journal for everything from real estate notes to Chamber meetings to personal thoughts and notes on the sermon at church. Keeping up with one notebook instead of many different ones has simplified my life tremendously.
12. Strawberry Sparkling Water
I’m obsessed with this Spindrift flavor and it is by far my favorite. It tastes like summer and I love the deep color of the drink when you pour it into a glass. My favorite way to enjoy it is over ice with a lime wedge. I’ve really been cutting down on the wine, due to headaches. Cracking one of these tasty beverages open at night has become just as satisfying to me as a glass of wine…which I never thought I’d say, but it’s true. Check them out if you haven’t… this isn’t just another sparkling water, this has real fruit and a few calories that make all the difference with taste.
13. Summersalt Sidestroke Bathing Suit
I ordered this swimsuit earlier this year with a discount code because they sold out last year in the summer when I really wanted one. I think the one-shoulder cut, as well as fuller coverage for my booty, is why I like it so much. I tried a few of their other styles, but with a super short torso, swimsuits can be hard to find. I know all of you with the long torsos find one-piece suits hard too, but the short torso gals don't have it easy either.
14. Sally Hansen Airbrush Legs
At our Lanier Property Group photoshoot at Katy’s house, she introduced all of us to her can of this miracle spray. It felt like college again to have so many women passing the bottle around, trying to give our legs a little oomph and color.
15. White Clutch from Target
For $20 I could not love this clutch more. It fits my phone (on the outside pocket), my wallet and keys, and I can use the strap or carry it as a clutch. Get one in every color, it is so versatile. I keep mine in the car and often use it when I’m popping in to an event or out to dinner and don’t want my much bigger day-to-day bag.
16. This Showstopper
I have this bathing suit from last year and it is really flattering and stays put. I will say if you have a short torso the two-color block pattern options don't work as well. I think the floral prints will be better for those of us who are shorter in the torso and then for you longer gals, I am obsessed with the colorblock with hot pink and blue.
17. Stay Shady, Ladies
This is a really expensive hat, but I wore it all last summer and plan to wear it all summer long this year too. I take it to real estate showings, the beach, and traveling. It doesn't collapse down, so I don't think it would work well if you fly, but if you're driving, it's perfect. I wore it in DC for three straight days from museums to bike rides to brunch. If you need a hat that is great quality, chic, and really covers your face...this might be worth the investment.
18. Stay Shady, Ladies
I'll probably always have a Weezie towel on my favorite thing list. I love mine for the pool in the summer, because they are big and fit the whole chair and they're super cute and will last forever.
